As a technical architect, Dan is responsible for designing, building, and supporting numerous enterprise infrastructures that host global portals, enterprise content management systems, and enterprise search solutions. Integrating solutions into the enterprise platforms, Dan continually implements complex solutions by utilizing his problem solving skills combined with his technical knowledge.
Dan started his professional career at Accenture. Implementing transactional systems in the financial services industry, Dan was exposed to best practices in development and architecture design. In 2001, Dan founded DPM Technologies Inc. to provide consulting services for leading transactional web sites. Since 2001, the company has grown significantly and expanded its offerings to include delivering enterprise content management, portal, and search solutions.
Karen Passmore is a principal at DPM Technologies Inc. leading the Business Consulting Practice and managing the Washington, DC office.
Providing leadership on the development of business process management, training, business analysis, and program management, Karen is building the non-technical capabilities of the company. Prior to Karen joining the company, the primary capabilities of the company revolved around technical development and architecture. Karen is filling a critical gap in the organization to be able to not only deliver technical solutions but to deliver technical solutions that meet business requirements and that the business understands. Working with the business owners, Karen is enhancing the success of technical deliverables.

Tim has over 15 years of experience in system and software architecture and development, system architecture and administration, and Information Systems management. Tim has led the development and implementation for B2C and B2E Portals for Fortune 100 companies. As an architect, his duties regularly include leading development from inception to production deployment, making technology recommendations, providing technical vision to external and internal clients, effective project scoping, managing outsourced hosting, managing development, technically mentoring developers and production system administrators, and managing vendor relationships.
